Held every Sunday May through December, beneath the historic Headhouse Shambles at Headhouse Square, The Food Trust’s largest weekly farmer’s market also happens to be its most popular and well-attended. The market boasts more than twenty-five farmers and producers, all displaying their fresh produce, baked goods and local meats, cheeses and wines.
