The main reason I came to Philadelphia was in pursuit of art. I had always loved art but never got extremely dedicated until I moved to Philly. The plastic hand, which once was clean and pristine is now raw graphite covered hand. This represents my transition to an aspiring artist. My hands are always rough now. With art and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The atmosphere of Philadelphia is such an inspiring presence to be around. Art is why I came to Philadelphia, and art is why I’m staying.
