In 1992, I was vacationing in Ocean City, New Jersey. I walked the beach and saw these beautiful shells and these pretty little stones beside the shells, so I started collecting them. Before I knew it I had a whole basket of them and I just kept going. I’ve even added shells and stones from Trinidad and Bermuda to my collection, which lives right here in Philadelphia.
