I have a small food truck named Tacos Don Memo. It is about a size of a front door, and I work in it with my brother, Hector. When I moved to Philadelphia, my most important goal was to be the best Mexican in city. I worked as an employee at a restaurant before and one day I decided to have my own business. We are located on 38th street between Walnut and Spruce, Philadelphia.  It’s been seven years already. My next goal is having a real restaurant store in a city, but now I have many friendly regular customers who remember me and my Mexican food.
