The Philadelphia Food Trust is working diligently to make healthy locally-sourced food available to anyone. Food Bucks encourages low income residents, supported by food stamps, to purchase healthy goods from local sources. For each $5 a person spends using food stamps, they receive an additional $2 in free monies to be applied to their next purchase.
