Central to my Philly experience is my membership in the Philadelphia Dumpster Divers. On one of our group clean-outs of a house included an amazing amount of paper. Amongst the ephemera was a pad of parking passes to an Eagles vs. Jets game on August 8, 1988. This game was just before my arrival in Philly in 1989,  but the Eagles Game Day accelerated the collective heart-beat of the city throughout my eighteen years as a Philadelphian.
