This piece of Philadelphia history was found while trash picking in North Philadelphia. It is a shoehorn from “Sears Roebuck & Co.” and states, “World’s Largest Store.” When finding pieces like this, I wonder about their journeys to me… How many people used this? Did the shoe fit? Does anyone use shoehorns anymore?
