These are three of my favorite shells that I’ve found on the beach back at home. Growing up in Florida, I was always drawn to the changing current of the tides, and the way it mirrored the unpredictable pattern of life. I guess coming to Philadelphia to study art was my way of coming out of my shell. At first it was scary, but now I find a strange comfort in life’s adventures, those daily tidal waves of inspiration and opportunity.
